 We got snow and I was sooo excited about it. I was going to go take some pictures at a park, but overnight it al turned to ice! There was no way I was going to the park when whenever you take a step you sink down a few inches into melted snow. So I took this one through the windshield of my car.

mice long reach down the road & the B&W suits this nicely i think
but wait!

you're afraid to get out of the car b/c you might sink "a few inches"???!! ooh! you would hate going out with me then, seems even in my wonter boots, I fall through and get snow ice or water in those poor feet & ankles ugh!
I swear, laff and wait for it to melt and dry (drive with heat turned on HIGH!!) :)

nice contrast in this B&W, I am still not that good at figuring how to PP a great B&W so I am always eager to see how others do it...

I like how the fence and the power lines lead my eye down that road!

i cant talk tho, i was shooting while driving yesterday .. afterwards my daughter told me that its illegal to use a hand held device while driving .. i just thought mobile phones and stuff .. i was using the flash at the same time so it was more obvious wot i was doing .. i think i'll be a lot more careful in future .. :)


LOL, I was careful!! I wasn't going that fast so I was pleasantly surprised with the motion blur in the corner of this shot!

It is! This used to be the road I took on my way to work, until I got a new job ;( Down the road there is a miniature horse farm which is beautiful, hopefully someday I will get enough courage to stop and take pictures of it!

great shot .. i love the balance and the high contrast ..
it seems that a lot more dpc ppl are taking photographs while driving ... i hope no-one has an accident ..

Nice image converted.. Can see the condition of the road as there's a little puddle rt hand corner of water..
