A bit cliche, even for me, but w/e. Had a heart from a necklace, a key from our grandfather clock, and a rose stem. The "key hole" is justa quickly cut-out piece of binder paper. So placed the "keyhole" under where I thought the middle of the heart would be, placed the heart and the other objects on the paper and exposed all for 10 seconds. Then I removed the heart but kept the keyhole in the same place and exposed the paper for 1 more second. In retrospect I probly should have also exposed the key for 1 second as well. In editing I had to move the keyhole down a notch since it wasn't properly centered, also got rid of a lot of lint. If you're not sure what exactly I'm talking about, look at my week 1 description.

hehe, now I understand the message :) I still want to see a single flower using this process Leah (am playing catchup with commenting so you may have done one already).

You also remind me that simple symbols speak to viewers. Using them is an art.

it is a photogram :)

You're right, I thought you'd discovered some ancient technique for making photograms with a DSLR. I was mistaken...

Symbolic (and yeah, maybe cliche, but cliches become cliches for a reason) and quite nicely done. I particularly like the way the stem turned out.
