Carrot Juice - because it helps you see in the dark, apparently - can't find any reference for it though...

I know that carrot juice is good for the eyes, but I don't know about it improving night vision per se.
Apparently, during WWII when Britain had radar and the Luftwaffe didn't, their propaganda for the Germans was that their pilots ate a lot of carrots and thus could see better.
