Churches are very cool to photograph, but I can never seem to do it right lol. The perspective is awesome and I am just loving how you got the details to pop out so beautifully. The contrast is excelllent! |

It's really wierd on this one - it seems that this building is leaning - and i am not sure why? I think it has to do with the crop on the left being ever so slightly different than that on the right
because of it, i think you have added just the right and necessary level of tension to keep our interest - if intentional then "You AWESOME" |

The thumb made me feel this would be a boring image, how wrong I/it was! Love the perspective and the entire church just pops! Your right, you had excellent light for this shot. |

You show the almost relentless and restrained brickwork as well as the medallions with representational art with equal favour. I think about the builders, the designers, the artisans and the community that caused this to rise just so. |

Cool old church, I like the close, looking up perspective. |

You remind me that rich detail, especially in this the age of digital photos viewed on screen, often draws a viewer. |

Beautiful detail in this - looks to be a lovely structure. But lime green walls in the inside?? |

Unfortunately, I didn't have a wide enough lens. This church is huge and I would have loved to get the entire front in it. My camera was on the ground here. I wanted a dramatic upward perspective. In the future I can move back further and capture the entire front but it wouldn't be the same perspective obviously. |

Wow, Amanda! This is beautiful. The thumb so doesn't do this justice. It looked pretty in the thumb, but when you open it up, there is such amazing texture in that brick -- and the detail in the circular thingys -- STUNNING!
