At my job, we just won our SEVENTH J.D. Powers award for outstanding customer service! WOW!! We had a party :)

Lighting:
one umbrella camera left just in front of me, one spot camera right very low, one umbrella wayyyy up to the ceiling juuuust to my right and back a little

How did I manage to miss this shot of you. It is great. There is little I can add that hasen't already been said, but I concur with all of it. Your personality and pride just come storming out of the picture. I think you must have had great fun making this.
