Another one of my patented last minute entries.

Wanted to find a bottle that said "bubble bath", but they were surprisingly hard to find. Only one I could get was "Matey" which many Brits of a certain age (me included) remember from when we were kids. Not right for this though.

Editing, colour balance, saturation boost, straightened, blur of background, selective softening and sharpening, cropped, resized, usm. There was a table at the bottom which was skew-wiff, so I cropped it to the minimum, only 10-15 pixels at the bottom, then cloned it out.

Ideally, I'd do something about the haloing around the pic, plus the writing on the back which is coming through, like some extensive cloning, but it's beyond my expertise and my patience.

For the record, Sara loves the smell of this, and I did buy her a bottle of vintage Rose Cava on Valentine's day.

I'm not "feeling" the blue background, but technically a good picture.

I really like the photo. But without the title- there really is no misuderstanding. It ends up being a really nice photo of bath soap. Nicely shot, but try to allow the photo to speak the challenge through it.

I don't know, that bath soak is lookin' pretty good right about now. ;)

That would be a good understanding, I would think. I like the contrast with teh background

Technically it is a good photo. Some artifacts/halos, possibly from sharpening or perhaps the background. However, if you have to 'explain' your shot with the title, it falls short in the presentation. If you had just called it Bubbly and/or added a champagne flute the meaning, as you intend it, would still be there. JMHO

How is this misunderstanding?
