 Used an ND grad whilst taking the shot to bring out the sky. Duotone conversion. Looks a lot better after the dodging/burning that obviously I couldn't do here in basic ;)

Interesting image. I like the composition and the lighting but overall it doesn't do it for me. I've sat here for a couple of minutes trying to figure out why and have come up with nothing. Sorry.

it took me a second to find the leading lines but they are amazing, why didn't you make those the main focus of the picture?

follow what? the only line I really pick up here, IMO, is the small line of poles in the left of the shot.... nice photo otherwise

Whilst I really admire this duo tone with its good tonal range, I am not sure it works well in a leading lines challenge. The posts to the left off the photo serve to draw my eye out of the photo, rather than towards the subject. The shadows from the tower add extra interest, but do not fall in such a way as to really lead my eye.
