 Taken on a 55 degree day in Feb. I left out a word in the title, but I guess it would not have helped much. It should have been "On such a winter's day." Oh well. Think The Mamas and the Papas although she was thinking of South Carolina.

Like the idea here. I'd say the snow looks a bit "dirty" probably as it's melting which lessens the effect a little but that's obviously out of your control. The model draped in a glamorous long red dress would give another option here for a different mood.

The colors look good, snow not blown which is good, but I can't connect the peace here, looks way to cold and miserable for me to be peaceful :)

Does look relaxing, though I'll be the stone bench got cold after a bit. I'm not caring for the composition. It almost, but not quite there for me. Maybe a lower angle would have done it.

Who would have thought that you could be peaceful lying on a cold bench with snow all around! It works for me and I love the composition with the trees.

This works very well for the challenge. It could be viewed on (at least) two levels - as a representation of death and being finally at peace, the stone bench reminding me of a tombstone, combined with the winter scene and dark looming trees, and then on a more prosaic level, of someone finding a moments peace. I like it.
