I like the composition using the bars of the rail or fence, good vision.

A very good long exposure, showing what can be done with this sort of thing with a bit of imagination. There is no clutter and the railings (of the bridge?)
set off the bright trails of light perfectly.

I predicted that it would be lot of thous in this challenge but there seems not. This one seems very well performed, clean and sharp and no overbrightened spots as can easily happend in such long exposures. I find the bars in the forground a litle distracting (though the sure represents parallel lines) and would have like the image better without them.

It's a shame that the oncomming white lights glare around the vertical bars; it sort of chips away at the edges of the bars and undermines the clean lines (as on the right). But a very good photo!

I think this would have worked better without the fence but then I guess people would say the lines of light aren't parallel. 7
