pretty picture, i would like it even better if the creek wasn't right in the middle. |

While it was probably your intention to include the sky. IMO is seems washed out and I think to crop it out might have worked better, especially as there is a nice reflection on the water :) |

A nice spot but lighting looks like a flash is hitting the foreground and this unbalances the exposure over the scene as a whole. Would have been nice to see the snow as an even blanket of white to add to the mood of the shot. |

The flash bounced off the snow, which takes away from the picture. It would have been more pleasing if the snow in front was dark like the rest towards the back. |

Nice picture, I think it could be improved very slightly using the unsharp mask to sharpen the reflection a bit |

IMHO if you could have waited until the light was higher in the sky, maybe more towards sunset or late afternoon, the contrasts in this shot would have been so much better. |

I wish you had take this without flash. It would give a better sense of the quiet approach of evening. The big white blob on the lower left distracts me from looking at the reflections in the peaceful creek. |

Maybe try framming it with the creek running diagonally through the photo? As is, it's pretty plain and straight on. |

If you had taken this slightly earlier (or w/ a longer exposure) so that the flash was unnecessary, it would have been a better shot. Also the fact that the creek is a gash up the middle of the shot is a bit jarring - which could work for some challenges, but not for "Peace" |
