 Lots of RAW adjustments to convert to B&W and adjust the tones and noise of the photo, followed by a bit of cloning (to get rid of dust) and sharpening in PS.

Fantastic composition. I really like the lone boat. The B&W is a really good choice here, though I might have bumped the contrast just a little.

Very good use of psychological leading lines with the boat. I like the black and white as well. I sort of wish you tightened up the shot though or maybe included only one side of the harbor to make it a little more effective and dramatic

Not sure where the leading lines come in. The harbor is leading my eye away from the subject (the foreground boat).

I think you really captured the the challenge with a great image. Love the light in the upper left moving into the dark in the lower right.

the little boot is a tad to centered, IMO and it's a tad to dark overall
