 Old tressle over the Wabash River in my hometown. First sunny day that it wasn't 10 degrees or less. Cropped, adjusted brightness, contrast and levels to bring out the rusted look not that the tressle needed that much help.

A nice effort for sure. The image does seems slightly out of focus & is to centered in my humble opinion.

I think it would have made the picture a TON better with a different angle?

I am not sure whether there is an unambigious definition of leading lines, but in my book, they should be a line or several lines that lead the viewer's eye towards the main subject of the picture. I think that's not the case in this picture. Your pic uses a vanishing point rather than leading lines.

Seems a little out of focus. Lighting is also flat.

Great motive. Picture would benefit from cropping out everything except just the bridge and then sharpen it up.

This would be better with a tighter crop so only the bridge was visible.

I hate to say it but leading lines should lead to a subject.
