You do the coolest stuff with your IR shots. Makes me want to buy a filter. The sky and clouds are beautiful. I also like the frosted trees on the left. |

Just a drive by shooting? So much there. Before I read Ecce Signum's suggestion, I was wondering how it would look if you cropped out some of the sky..., but my compositional muse wants to stretch the whole thing laterally and compress vertically, though the muse offers no hints as to how to do that. I'm not sure I'd want to lose anything here as it is all interesting and wonderfully contrasty, geometric and billowy. |

More a sky shot than the Title suggests and am inclined to crop to just below the pavillion and have the sky become the image with the pavillion anchor it. |

Hurry or not - it's stunning. The sky is the bomb. |

Again I'm blown away by an amazing sky!! I love the IR on the trees pavilion and stairs but somehow I wish the grassy fields weren't white... mixed feelings really I look at it again and I'm liking it as it is =]
I do love the composition, considering it was taken ina hurry from a car it's great but I wish it was perfectly lined up as it's a very strong shot |

What beautiful contrast. I love how the sky looks so black against those billowy white clouds.
I can't believe you got something this clean and sharp while hanging out a window. No fair! :)

Sky looks fantastic but it seems to overwhelm the bottom of the picture. I like the wide open space. |

Interesting how the sky completely overwhelms the poor little Pavilion, and I'm guessing the pavilion ain't all that small! I'm on the fence on skies in IR - a lot of people like them but to me they tend to look a bit "off" somehow. It certainly makes for very striking contrast! |

I love the dark sky with the puffy white clouds. Until I saw the trees, I wasn't even sure it was an IR. Beautiful photograph! |

trevor, great job. I really like the big sky and clouds and the centered composition. What do you use for shooting IR? Do you shoot with a filter or do you have an IR camera?
My brother and his family live in St Louis and I love to see these different St Louis sites! |

From the thumbnail I thought I was opening a cloud shot and was surprised when this popped up. First impression was Wow. I like the contrasty-ness of this photo. The square/blocky symmetry in the lower half works as a contrast to the wispy clouds. I like it quite a bit but I don't see it as a photo of the pavilion.

I like this more as a skyscape than the pavilion as the subject. It'as different things to different folks I guess, but I just like it! I'm not really much of an IR fan, but this is just cool! |

That's one awesome scene there! Beautiful contrast between the clouds and the sky. I just feel there's something missing from the bottom, I would prefer a little bit more road.
