 Here's the original image "Floweryness" from the "7 Deadly Sins II" challenge. I realize the original is not an orchid, and not even pink, but what is it? Who knows, so I figured it was open to interpretation. I also had a good chuckle with the fact that maybe the excessive use of floral photography is a deadly sin here at DPC. I'm protesting by entering another one, right now.

"Dusty Pink" is actually an entry from the Landscape challenge, but it was a pink tree in bloom. Which may explain why it got the brown.

Thats a beautiful shot and and all, but mixing two different browns gets a DNMC from me.

Nice shot, but it doesn't look remotely like either of the two images referenced in the title, so to me, it doesn't really meet the spirit of the challenge as well as some of the other entries.

don't see any similarities to "Floweryness" excpet that is tis aflower. Neither is there a connection to "Dusky pink", not even the color really matches. Classic case of shoehorning, at least you could have chosen a single entry in the title.
