The tree branch is a bit distracting as it is not only blurry, but brown which sticks out against all of the red. Putting it in focus or elminating it would have been better.

I really like the subject, how sharp it is, and the dof. I kiiinda wish the background was a little less pink-y, but I understand it in the context of the challenge.

I really like the softness that you have captured in this picture. Red can be a very harsh colour, but here it just seems warm and inviting. The curves of the seeds against teh solid lines of the branch are brilliant, very crisp and clean. well done

The colors are good, but the crop bothers me a bit -- the extra blank space at the top while the third seed pod is chopped off.

The background color is a little dull i think it takes your whole photo down I would also suggest using some kind of light source, or at least a stronger one because the whole photo is kind of flat.
