 More of a snap shot of a slice of my life than anything artistic.

This is my white pickup on the ferry across the Xingu River. The guy in the photo is an acquaintance who walked into the image. I snapped it anyhow.

The trip is one hour across the river and the little tug boat is hooked on by a large pivot pin so that it just turns around without ever having to uncouple.

Nice slice shot. I love that wee tugboat that's attached - I've never seen that.

ETA - I just had to look up where the Xingu River is - it's quite long; where along there are you?

I like these slices of life where we see another part of the world. Even though it's an hour, somehow I get the feeling it's somewhat relaxing to just chill out and enjoy the ride, talk to acquaintances, or whatever.
