| The shadow led me to the ball, this is a very nice use of black as most entries would put this ball on black velvet or the like. The image is a little grainy, perhaps your ISO is a little high? |

| I like the use of shadow and compositon in this shot but the lighting seesm a bit off. I feel that a white balance correction could have eliminated the yellow tint of the light and the picture seems a bit dark. I think a higher key shot might make this pop a bit more. There also seems to be excessive noise in the shadows and this could be from trying to fix the lighting in PS. |

| On a shot like this the focus needs to be sharp as a tack. and the lighting needs to be spot on. |
