 The pendant, peridot I think, belonged to someone at least 2 generations back, and is my favourite. I thought about doing this as soon as the challenge was announced. Spent a lot of time picking debris out of the moss (not too much in this one), and made a lot of photos. With the lil Nikon, just to prove I don't know what. This may not be the best of them, just the one that shows colour and light as I had imagined it.

Slight rotation (was holding pendant chain in one hand and shooting with the other); crop; colour balance, hue and saturation; glow; USM; downsize and sharpen.

Appreciate the votes and comments. I do wish the picture had been a bit better.

Hey, we both picked the right color for this challenge lol. That IS a pretty pendant and I like how you used the mossy background to enhance the colors.
