I took this last October, worked on it and never posted it - did some more with overlays.

Strong, effective, and I love the way his legs, with help of his flaring robe, seem to bow out in the happy little "free" jog trot.

It does look like a bench wig. Hell I thought it was a woman, like a bag lady when I first looked at it. Sorry, my bad. Great leading lines to the gentleman judge. Now I understand the title.

Nice lines in this to lead you to the human subject. Great subtle texture added to give this an older look, nicely done!

lol, is that Soni making a joke? looks like a bench wig to me? I thought the courts had stopped wearing them this year and just wore them during ceremonial times (though may be wrong). Anyway, I digress...

I do like the composition and think this works well in B&W though I'm not overly fond of the overlays but in the minority with that thought.

Oh Lisa! I LOVE this photo. I love the character of that old building, and the human element makes this so appealing to me. I actually search for beautiful "slice of life" photos just like this all the time -- I'm just not this lucky very often.

Oh, and you did such an expert job with the overlays. Perfect. You can't tell that you used overlays, but there is such a perfect feel to the photo because of them.

Excellent example of good use of leading lines. This has a solemnity to it that's very pleasing.

Great diagonal line through the composition. Love the repetitive pattern leading up to the subject.
