 My first submission with the 24-70 f/2.8. I love the lens, regardless of how this image turns out.

A shot of my wife, inspired by a great high key shot I saw on Flickr. Despite having a bad day, she was willing to help me out and pose for me. Thanks hun! :) The model in the original pose had blond hair, which would make this much easier! I sacrificed contrast in the eyes to get the look I was going for, which I hope the image doesn't suffer for.

I'll guess it will be voted down for blown highlights, probably into the mid-5s. Oh well.

Post-challenge: Here's an edit for those who wanted more contrast. For what it's worth, however, high key images are almost exclusively low contrast.

This is stunning! The eyes are beautiful and I like the high key effect (or "blown highlight effect" if your cup is half empty).

this is a really nice portrait. LIke the tones; only I miss is some more contrast

I like the blown highlights, but I'd like to see a little more contrast here (maybe just play with levels to get the dark parts a little darker) to get the full effect of this image. Even if just the hair and eyes were a tiny bit darker, I think it would make a big difference. Hope that helps a bit! Good luck.
