Ok, it looks like a plant that is rooting in a glass of water, and I can see a water drop on the outside of the glass.

I like the macro type close up of the plant growth, however I think that the overall brightness on the white parts of the plant and the glass itself detracts from a great concept. I might not have included the sides of the glass either.

Bottom line is that I like the concept, I like the plant, but it appears a bit overexposed. :)

This is fantastic. Very intriguing image with great tones and nice use of grain. Perhaps a slightly tighter crop to get rid of the vase(?) lines on either side - but then they may actually add something to the image (I go back and forth).

This is interesting, as I was experimenting with some similar shots a couple of weeks ago. Trying to photograph some plants I've been rooting. I think the subject blends into the background a little too much, and there's not a lot of fine detail. Shooting through glass may account for some of that.
