 It took 2 different shoots ( I was very unhappy with the results the 1st time so I tried again), and lots and lots of out takes for this. first step was load up on the eye makeup and get the tears rolling then mess up my lipstick on one side. To achieve this effect I used a long exposure, hit the light quickly on then right off then changed spots and did the same. I then cropped the picture down, adjusted levels, converted to b&w and here we have my duality.

I feel this seems a bit soft and could be a bit sharper. I also feel the good times girl should be on the left and bad times girl on the right.

A little dark for my taste. I'm also bothered by the fact that both of them (it's one model right?) are staring off into space. It looks very unnatural.
