This was shot during a visit at the botanical garden in Montreal. In French, we call this type of plant "Mother-in-law's tongue" because it is very toxic ;)!
I was just drawn to it for the wonderful colors.
Developped from cRAW file, little saturation boost, sharpen and border. Really simple!

Nice colors and shapes with the bonus of water drops. Good exposure.

Lovely how you got the inner darkness. The purple outlining the leaves is wonderful-nice image ! (would love to go there sometime :)

The colors are wonderful. I really enjoy seeing the colors nature puts together, here it is faint to dark greens with purple. The water on the leaves add a beautiful flowing feel.

Awesome colors and swirly-whirly composition. I have one of these growing right outside the window in my yard. I didn't know the name, or that they were so toxic. Thanks.

The colors, as you say, are stunning. This is a wonderful example of a great macro shot. The lines draw me deep into the plant while the purple provides a wonderful contrast. Droplets of water on this type of plant are always a plus. Excellent work.
