 This was taken in Red Rock Canyon/Willow Springs. This is my first entry into any challange. Basiclly str8 out the camera resized with a little crop & contrast.

Nice work and a great capture. Comp is easy on the eye too. Perhaps a levels adjustment could've added a bit more contrast to this and taken away some of the brightness.

Well camouflaged. Composition works, but I think the overall lack of sharp focus and flatness of colour let it down.

The lighting seems to wash out the colors and contrast here.

Looks pretty washed out. It might have helped if the foreground were to help draw your eye to the subject.

Nice image, I like the point of view. however I think it would benefit from a little post processing (contrast, saturation and applying an unsharp mask)

Way cool - what a catch. This would benefit from a levels adjustment so it's not quite so bright.

very nice composition that meets the challenge well. I am not sure whether it was just the weather conditions but there almost seems to be a little haze over parts of the shots which are nuting the colours slightly. 6
