 Again, it's late in the challenge submission deadline and I had to rush a shot and processing. Today was a very rainy day here, so getting any shot outside had to be done fast. This was taken at Silver Lake Mill, in Dayton, VA. When I look at this photo, it sort of makes me dizzy, so I'm guessing this is what is meant by "movement" in the challenge description.

I really think that this could be post processed much better, but this is the best that I could get it in the Basic Editing Ruleset.
