This is so cool! This will sound goofy but it reminds me of those movies where people are just standing around and waiting to meet aliens lol and the space craft lights are swirling around. Perfect title for this. |

Sandy, I love the feel of motion with the streaks of light. This is a great blur shot. I assume you did this by zooming out when you took the photo? |

Very nice Sandy! I love the effect of the lights creating the rectangular shape framing the back dancers. I rather like your blurry photo too! I've got a blurry outtake for the b/w side challenge myself, but I'll have to wait....Thanks for sharing this shot, it really is interesting. |

I love the effect you have created here by zooming in. It is not too blurry, so although you can't see too much detail, you do get a sense there is a dance class taking place. |

Excellent the way you used the zoomed light to frame them! A very "alive" kinda shot. |

Never was a fan of blur, but seeing this and others (and trying some myself) I'm going to change my mind about blur. Nice effects and great clarity. Just as if I'm looking through a very clean window. |

Sandy, this is just outrageous! In a good way, of course :o).
I love the light streams that create the rectangle and the excellent overall blur. Fabulous - what a fun photo. |

What a cool photo, it probably looks great in color as well. I've tried this zoom shot a couple of times but not with much luck. This one came out really well. |

I really like the square look of the lights shooting right to the mirror. Did you zoom your lens in? That is cool. Turned an other wise lonely shot into something unique. I got to try this. |

Fun! I love how the light trails act as leading lines to the dancers and add energy to the shot! |

This is fun - belly dancing view, but feels like roller skating. I like it. |

This is interesting - I like the feel of motion. But, it is a little too tough for me tell what is going on. |

Sandy, I'm a fan of blur, too. One of my favorite challenge entries was a blur photo, and to date is my lowest scoring. I don't think many people here like blur. That being said, I love yours. The light trails are just great, and no, I haven't been smoking anything;-) How did you achieve this...zoom during exposure??? |
