 Self-portrait.As an Oil-rig Medic, working in the North Sea, Norway, I always wear orange coverall when outside the accomodation. Picture is taken inside my Hospital. Only illumination is the ceiling lights, in addition to fill-in flash on rear curtain. Only post-exposure editing is saturation, contrast and some cropping.

argh! i totally don't get how this placed this low. unbelievable. although appaarently the slightly grainy quality to this photo bothered everybody else. you've been gypped regardless.

There seems to be a graininess about this photo that bothers me sometimes. But then it enhances the photo every other time I look at it... Strange. But the pose is perfect, and the orange accents the sense of power nicely. This photo is tied with one other photo for my top vote of the week.
