 PETROMagasinet is a Norwegian magazine covering the oil industry. I am working on an oil-rig in the North Sea, and this photo was taken during the last storm, 3 days ago. The only post-exposure editing is contrast and cropping to fit the magazines proportions.

Very dramatic. It looks like someplace I wouldn't want to be. The waves really add a wild mood to the shot.
It looks as if you got some compression artifacts. It's most obvious in the sky. Try saving the original as a tiff and editing that, then convert back to jpeg before you submit it to the challenge. I apologize if you didn't get the artifacts from editing the picture as a jpeg.
