Great job on the HDR & B&W conversion. Lots of interesting stuff to look at here.

Excellent conversion to b&w and use of HDR was a great choice for this one. The Lake is so calm it looks like a mirror. There is so much to look at and take in. (Not sure how you got a 1? - never ceases to amaze me!)

I missed this in the free study so I'm very very glad to see it here in the side challenge. I really love the composition and HDR treatment (from a non HDR fan). It is a great b/w.

Killer shot - the HDR is fabulous and the conversion to b/w just makes this appear 3D

The reflection of the contrail from the plane and how it continues at a tangent to the curve of the line is probably my favorite part of the shot

surreal detail here - the HDR really makes it pop and the smooth water is awesome.

Thats amazing! didn't know was yours gave it a 9 on the challenge.

The peaceful waters with the reflections vs. the man made structure and waterfall says a lot

Absolutely beautiful. The falling water on the left, the glassy water on the right, the fabulous sky, altogether awesome.

Whoa!!! I'm glad it did well too. I think I would have had to quit in resignation that this site is totally clueless if this one had not done well. Oh how I love your style. Your unique look to every landscape photo. One could learn so much from your photos.

Another incredible wide B&W from you. An amazing shot to begin with, but that contrail and the reflection seal the deal. Richly detailed and toned - gotta bet this looks awesome printed very large.

Nice perspective. The left bottom 1/3rd of your picture shows intensity while the remaining photo seems so surreal with glassy water, wind blown clouds in the sky. Great job of capturing both motion and stillness. I like the processing as well - nice B&W. 9

Wonderful looking area you captured there. Love the sky and how it reflects off the lake. Good blacks and bright whites make this a very well done b&w image.

i like the b&w hdr feel of this shot. how the spillway waterflow intersects with the dam makes for a very nice pairing of vertical and horizontal lines--10
