Actually this is the waste chemical water discarded from Oil drilling rigs...due to water currants it made a long white line... |

| There is a wide variety of blues in this picture. But it appears grainy, which is distracting. |

| Nice use of tilting and the tearing moves the eye along the picture. Good colros and shades, though the picture is a little grainy/blurry, good idea. |
