Not a bad effort, I'm wondering if the effect of the smoke would have been more striking if you shot the ashtray more edge-on, as it is it's sort of lost in the background

Beautiful contrast and range of values. I like the composition and use of space as well. The cropping was done really well and on top of all that a good message too. Well done!

I really like this shot compared to the other cigarette shots in this challenge. Good composition and lighting. My only nitpick is the smoke is going over the two butts behind, thus breaking the line that leads to the ashes.

Pollution of the body,and the air we breath and pollution of the waterways with the butts, I hate these things, can you tell that I'm a reformed smoker.

Nice b/w image love the sharp detail even if it's not a pretty site, well done for this challenge.

I like the composition but maybe cropping it the slightest bit more[like keeping a quarter of the ashtray and more negative space in the image]the use of b/w is an interestind idea.. Maybe the light should have been gentler so the cigarette wasn't so blown out by it..
