reminds me of a scene from "Simpsons", where they show a factory with chimneys/smoke, then they show nuclear power plant with chimneys/smoke...then they show a "day care" with chimneys/smoke :) |

A really good contrast of beauty and pollution all in the same photo. |

I think if the sky were blue instead of the same color as the pollution this would be a 10. Still this is an excellent shot with much to commend it. Nice juxtaposition of 'clean' suburban life with the pollution. This one really makes you think. I can't quit thinking about who might live in these homes and how they feel about what's in their backyard. Having the edges of the two closest houses on either side almost makes it feel like the houses have circled up in a defensive posture against the pollution. |

Who would want to live near that? Are house prices down there? |

This is a really cool shot. Suburbia meets industry. Reminds me of the simpsons. |

And Lord, we are especially thankful for nuclear power, the cleanest, safest energy source there is. Except for solar, which is just a pipe dream.

If these are cement factories, I don't know if I would live there even if they gave me one of those houses for free,
Very nice shot, regards, |

Wow, is that a nuclear powerplant? I wonder how much of a discount you get for buying those houses. Kinda scary. |

I like the irony of this picture. The photogrpah is balanced and the colors are rich. |

A little too overexposed imo...but still a great image. Not as idyllic as it may first seem huh? |

Interesting framing. Personally not too excited about the PP, a little too contrasty for this picture... looks a bit stretched. I realize it's a high contrast scene though and you're trying to save some detail in the sky. |

Looks a bit overprocessed. Yep, it is all about location. Good portrayal of subject. |
