I think the strongest element in this shot is the parallel of rerflected shapes in the water and the line of the trees - you could perhaps have afforded to darken the thing more, which might have allowed more detail (and therefore interest) in the sky. |

If the sky is blank like that, I'd suggest waiting until the last light or early morning glow, or for cumulus clouds to help. Otherwise, just cut it out. |

Due to the overcast sky, it really over powers everything else. I would have cropped it down to just include the water, as I find that the most attractive part of the photo =) |
