 This is 3 images, some brushes and more layers. I had so much fun!!

Flights of fancy in my head
I will take this winter
Make it fly like summer did
I'll nestle in my dreams
Melt the snowdrift in my bed
Make of it a fountain
Whisper things still left unsaid
Ride the ripples of the stream


Tonight I'll make my own starlight, kindle all the candles
Sing a larksong, dance her flight, float above the brambles
Fill the silent sunrise up, make a jubilee
Let the music warm my cup, take a flight of fancy

What a beautiful, soft, dreamy composition! Really lovely :-)

Also reminds me of this Judy Collins (written by Joni Mitchell) song a bit:

Bows and flows of angel hair
And ice cream castles in the air
And feather canyons everywhere,
I've looked at clouds that way
But now they only block the sun
They rain and snow on everyone
So many things I would have done,
But clouds got in my way

I've looked at clouds from both sides now
From up and down and still somehow
It's cloud's illusions I recall
I really don't know clouds at all

I think you've absolutely perfected the merging of different photos. I can almost always tell it's your piece of perfection at sight.

this works so well, judy. i think i want to see the pigeon a little bigger, for some reason. he seems to enclosed by the moon.

What a beautiful and imaginative pairing of image and verse, Judy! I love how you've processed this with hazy tones and subdued colors to enhance the dream-like state. Wonderful. :)
