Being a procrastinator, I waited until the last day to take this shot. Unfortunately it was snowing like and keeping the flakes off of the model was almost impossible (notice the snow in the hair). Next time, right? ;)

This took my number one and only number 10 vote in this challenge. Just for the shear challenge of getting that reflection in with basic editing rules, I have assumed honesty here.

very cool shot, love the reflection in his glasses.

That reflection is great. I hope it was not photoshopped in.

While certainly not the best technical portrait this one is the best for me, so far, with respect to challenge topic. Congrats!

super job on getting that reflection on the glasses! great shot in general... my only nit pick is that whatever is in his hair is ultra distracting to me (but not much you could have done about that I guess)

Very, very clever, did you wait until you saw the plane or superimpose the plane?

Great concept! I would have preferred to see the crop much tighter, and a little more contrast in his face, but I like it.

This is an awesome shot. Very creative, and the black and white choice was smart.

It's a bit grey, but a very cool shot.

Looks a little too posed, but a nice shot anyway.

Very nice portrait and the capture of the jet in the sunglasses is a n excellent touch which really enhances it in terms of the challenge. Not 100% sure of the B&W conversion which seems a little soft for the subject matter and which perhaps lacks a touch of pop

Still a good image - 7

I as going to say something like "I would like to see a little more environment" and then I saw the reflected plane. Superb! Hope you won't get too many low votes from people that miss the plane. 9

Good capture of the reflection -- adds a nice bit of interest. A bit more contrast so his hat and uniform weren't so "gray" would make it more effective, I think. And please tell me that is snow in his hair. :)

Love the reflection in the glasses and the use of profile, they both add a dimension that is intriguing.

Cool shot - you really had to time this right!

This is an excellent, completely original capture. Well done. The reflection in the glasses worked perfectly. To nitpick, I would have preferred for the left part of the hat not to have been cropped. Also, the black and white conversion is a bit flat, at least on my monitor. Maybe some curves or a touch of contrast could help that. Either way, this still gets a 9 for me...hopefully a ribbon

I didn't see the jet reflection at first - perfect to support this shot!
The white specks & such in his hair are a major distraction in my opinion.

very creative take on the challenge. the "environment" is a bit bare, but still a good shot.

Best in theme. Nice attention to detail.

excellent, very good, but what is the white stuff all over his hair? snow?

How the heck did you get this with the airplane reflected in the glasses?! I love it! It feels like the blacks could be a little blacker... maybe pump up the contrast very slightly. Great shot. Is he REALLY a pilot? He looks a little shaggy for a pilot. :)

Great reflection, but I think it lacks a bit of black.

reflection is incredible, great idea, great shot, great composition. What troubles me is the image is severely under-contrasted on my monitor, and also what appears to be dandruff in his hair?
