| Nice image. The one person there (center slightly left) kept drawing my eye. He just stands out from the crowd. |

Hmmm... too much contrast here. The blacks too black, and the whites too white, which has cost you some detail, and perhaps some texture. The fence isn't of enough stature here, either. That is a fence in the middle, too, right?
Composition seems okay, but this is gonna be a tough sell in this challenge... |
