The fence definitely adds to the mood of this shot. I also like the b&w. Maybe pushing the contrast up a bit would add an even greater feel to the shot. |

I'm not sure why but I really like this...Must be her expression. She looks like she has a story to tell and is just waiting for someone to listen. |

I think a bit less fence above her head, and a bit more contrast to being out those eyes, and you may have had a ribbon shot!

Great composition. Makes me want to know why she's on the other side. The B&W is a terrific choice IMO. |
