Good picture....good title. I thought they were baked beans at first. Perhaps one or two white ones would have made a contrast and relieved the total orangeness. Still very good.

Focus is soft and the light is wrong causing it to give a blue cast on your candy. I think your original idea was very good.:)

Not very original -- the challenge is how to add interest through lighting, composition, or by setting up the shot in an unexpected manner.

Great minds think alike, I also thought about doing this. These are my favorite tic tacs. Great detail, wonderful contrast and the clarity is great, good job.
