| Nice capture of intimacy between them. The father's expression shows a true love for his son. It would be better if the focus on the faces was a little sharper. I like the other person in the background but I think it distracts from conveying intimacy between the two subjects. |

| Lovely conversion: pity about the distracting white fuzz at the bottom edge of the shot (fencing or top of railing?)...DPC will also not look kindly on the lack of sharpness in general. But a really lovely moment captured. |

| I really like this shot. I really like the non-sexual intimacy answer to this challenge. I think the soft focus actually works, here. |

| I like how they're in their 'own little world'... and the child in the background makes that even more so. I think it could be a bit sharper focus on the child to make this better... and maybe a bit brighter and richer. |

| This is a well executed candid. the soft border & b&w work well. The facial expressions really carry this photo, this is the kind of family shot that should end up on a wall somewhere. |

| Good shot, but crop out the blur on the bottom of the image,... it's a bit distracting. |
