I hope you got a chance to visit it at "High Tide" as that̢۪s when it's at its best. One of my favorite places to take friends that come to visit me. It's one of the most scenic places in the city. The ships coming and going the people at the Marina flying kites and the joggers... the City Lights at night can be awesome too! The list goes on... I have heard that San Francisco is at or very near the top of the list as the most photographed city in the world.
