I just know this will get a bad score. Will be working more on it in the following days. I do like the concept. Couldn't get everything coordinated enough to show a big splash. I thought about this all week, but didn't get around to taking it till 11:30 tonight. Yeah, the flash did create some hot spots.

Much better with a tighter crop. Just focus on the green top and cap.

You should send this to Mt. Dew. Unbelievable focus on all parts of the bottle. Makes me want a pop right now. 10

Great shot of the best soda ever made

nice capture, although the green liquid is the focal point of the image, not the dislodged cap.

Split-second timing here. Well-done. Perhaps if the drink had been an orange-juice, it would have had more impact. Still the orange lid is a strong feature, and quite dramatic.

Interesting action, how did you do this? The only thing slightly distracting is the text on the cap and on the bottle and label, all the lettering makes it a bit messy.

Really like how you captured this. I don't think orange is the dominant feature in the photo, though. Still gets a good score from me for technical merit.

Too bad this is basic editing, taking the inside bottle contents back to their original state would really make this exceptional. As is, it is "only" very good. Nice focus and good use of dark background. Very nicely done.

Great capture! I just wish there was more orange. Maybe you could have used mountain dew's live wire flavor since it's orange. This photo really says "green" to me, not really orange.

would have been better to use an orange liquid?

How many shot's that take?? Turned out well. Maybe the lable takes away just a bit. Possibly crop that? Keeps pulling my eye away from the cap.
