| Nice image. The background is a bit of a distraction & th image seems out of focus. Prehaps getting the entire flower would have been better in this situation. |

I like the idea here. I enjoy abstract and minimilist images but with an image like this I am really looking to see the point of focus pin sharp and unfortunately this doesn't deliver that. I do like the colours, are the edges added in your post processing or did it look like this when you took it? If I were to suggest any other improvement it would be to try and have the purple in the rule of thirds rather than almost in the centre of the frame.
This is just my humble opinion. |
