DNMC – Speed Challenge
When a speed challenge comes along not everyone has the mobility to get out and about to create an image for the challenge, but we all like to participate in these exciting challenges.
For this challenge the mind went into overdrive because of mobility problems at the time decided to download a clipart for the background of an idea I had
As the rules say not to consist entirely of an original clipart photo I set about and altered the original to suit my idea and create some form of scale to the image
The foreground is a rubber toy head I picked up in a kids store some time back, you may recognize it from the Peek a Boo Challenge
Having created the background to the image idea that I had, printed out on A4 and fixed to the wall, I then hung the head over it to do the shoot for the challenge
In my opinion I had not violated any rules as the original background no longer looked the same as the original in content scale having removed one side of the gallows, and hung the head for the shoot, this to me was using 2 props to create and image.
I used this exact same principle to create Ratatoule
The scene through the window is clipart used to advertise the film.
The window was downloaded from the web and placed over the scene.
Then this was used as the background for the shoot that was done over the kitchen stove using a model rat.
Processing was done.

Submission………………..
A Blind man could see that the photo is made up of props for the challenge, and not intended to fool the viewer in any way.
Other photos in the challenge have similar art or computer rendered work.
Any opinions

Disqualification Details |
You may include existing images or artwork as part of your composition as long as the entry does not appear to consist entirely of a pre-existing photograph in order to circumvent date or editing rules or fool the voters into thinking you actually captured the original photograph. |

Holy crap! That looks like something I would have built when I was a kid. (I was troubled - ok) Not sure how I'll score this, but I am sure the image will seep into my dreams. |
