 Wow...For me the Challenge is coming up with a couple of photographs every week...lol...

Macro of a Rose purposely overexposed and shot with the light from behind and above and natural light from the front, which I think gave it a softness..Basic Editing

I have to say, this is a nice shot, but - I think purple is a warmer colour - well, the fact it's a rose doesn't help. Roses are associated with love and affection, which in turn I tend to relate to warmth rather than coolness.
