My thougths are could have gone just a tiny but brighter on the boy. Love the dof you have here though. The hand is very good looking, very good capture of childhood as well. As parents, our children our going to be well documented throughout their lives. This is a perfect example. 8

I think this might have worked better if he had a more lighthearted expression. Here it looks like he's just concentrating really hard or something (which might have been the case?). It's a cute idea and the dof is nice. On my monitor his skin tone looks a little purple on his face.
