I think your colors are quite nice here, Stephen - they don't need to be saturated more at all in my opinion. Very crisp (maybe just a wee bit too much sharpening), very clear. At first the centered comp doesn't suit me, but it does grow on me after awhile. And it does make you wonder where the heck the boats are!

I'm not sure what you intended as the subject of your image. Lack of something (in this case I guess boats) is very hard to pull of as a subject...

Yipers at the bad grammar! Good photo, though. Might use some slight leveling of the horizon to make it even better.

the white see,s washed out, contrast could be better. lovely area to be photographing, looking at the buildings and scenery in the background

I think the boats are all out looking for Waldo. An interesting effort at centered composition, though it still need something. The whole thing seems to come together in an X-shape. You need to straighten the horizon and some additional colors adjustments might help it to pop a bit, especially with the brickwork.
