 This is actually of a friend and his daughter in front of a pond at the Tulsa, OK zoo. It doesn't look menacing at all in it's original format.

Cropped, sharpened, changed to negative image.

Finger to the breast is over the line to me. Probably not what"s going on, but that is how it's depicted here. Crime not art.
