I didn't want to come home from this holiday! The Isle of Mull is fastly becoming one of the best places I have ever been. There is so much to see and do...and to photograph...I don't think I will ever get bored with the island!

I borrowed Ecce Signum's Sigma 15mm f/2.8 EX Diagonal Fisheye for Canon and wandered to the end of the pier in Tobermory to take this shot. I had been thinking about it for a few days and was just hoping we would visit the town one day in the week when the sun was shining! Luckily Friday saw the perfect weather and this is one of the best shots I took of the great buildings along the waterfront :o)

Thanks to Andi for the loan of the lens, his good company and another great holiday :o)

No idea what to expect from this shot but would really like to see my average creep a little nearer to 5.75 so something around there would be great :o)

Oh and, the title is the Scottish Gaelic for 'Tobermory Bay' :o)

I love the way the fisheye and the edges visible make this appear like its own little world, encased in perfect weather and lovely color. Really a very cool shot, Natalya. Well done.

The circular fisheye lens gives your photograph a good effect. Nice colors and lighting. However I think if you would of cropped the top and bottom so the the venting did not show in the picture, your effect would of been better. I know you would of lost the houses on the hill at top and part of the dock anchor at bottom but it would of made me focus on the reflections in the water more.
Still a nice shot.

The edges of the photo need to be cropped, otherwise it's a nice photo.
