I think this would have looked better if the silver coin had been in focus
04/05/2004 11:09:25 PM
ouch.. looking to focus on something but cant.. my eyes!
04/05/2004 06:53:13 PM
Interesting lighting effects. I wish the bright highlight were on the "out of place" coin, to draw attention to it. Better focus would also help.
04/05/2004 03:19:07 PM
Not a bad idea, but unfocused lite this i just cant like it.
04/05/2004 01:36:12 PM
Very blury.
04/05/2004 09:09:01 AM
focus off to me
04/05/2004 02:23:49 AM
Out of focus and the lighting goes from too dark to too light. Too bad, as it was a good idea for the challenge.
04/04/2004 10:05:37 PM
Too bad it was not a bit more in focus. Remember to check your entry after you submit to make sue everything is "right" Good luck in further contests !
04/04/2004 09:49:23 AM
Good idea, but so badly out of fucus you're probably getting very low scores. If you have a manual focus or macro mode on your camera you should use thos on a photo like this to get a better focus.
04/04/2004 01:05:47 AM
Good idea, needs better focus.
04/03/2004 09:05:47 PM
all fuzz-needs some focus
04/03/2004 07:29:37 PM
The focus is definitely not right here. Next time, take your time and take more shots until the focus comes out better. The idea is fine and fits the challenge. The light source could be softened to avoid the harsh refelctions.
04/03/2004 12:35:48 PM
A great idea, but it is way out of focus. Perhaps try the macro setting on your camera and pull back just a bit?
04/03/2004 08:42:08 AM
It's a shame to be out of focus... Otherwise a nice picture
04/02/2004 11:14:01 PM
Good angle but terribly out of focus.
04/02/2004 04:53:54 PM
Way too blurry, never submit a blurry picture won't do you any good, hope it was just an over look on your part this time
04/02/2004 03:19:43 PM
Poor focus detracts considerably.
04/02/2004 10:03:57 AM
Out of focus - try using macro mode
04/02/2004 08:01:50 AM
It really needed to have the silver coin in focus.
04/02/2004 04:13:08 AM
This would be far better if odd coin was in sharp focus.
04/02/2004 02:46:29 AM
Bad focus.
04/02/2004 02:39:59 AM
this picture is SOO blurry and out of focus you should not have entered it.
04/02/2004 12:45:28 AM
Great idea, but there is tough competion out there. This one needs to be in focus. Good composition though.
04/01/2004 05:36:38 PM
completely out of focus, and the focal point of the image, the quarter, is not the focal point of the image. sorry
04/01/2004 03:47:49 PM
You can't be serious thinking this is a decent picture to enter for a challenge? You truly need new glasses or to invest in an auto focus camera.
04/01/2004 10:32:02 AM
Would be better if it were in focus.
04/01/2004 06:06:05 AM
surely something should have been in fous?
04/01/2004 05:04:39 AM
this photo is so badly out of focus that it ceases to have any meaning. Sometimes lack of focus is intentional (like in Motion blur) but here it is a bad error. get this in focus and you start to be in contention for an average or above average score.
04/01/2004 05:04:13 AM
I suggest one of us should take a trip to the optician.
04/01/2004 03:48:54 AM
out of focus
03/31/2004 01:40:04 PM
its not focused
03/31/2004 11:02:22 AM
interesting idea, but the whole shot seems to be out of focus. bright penny in the right corner is distracting as well.
03/31/2004 09:26:35 AM
Hum, looks like an OOF world. Did you not want anything in focus here?
03/31/2004 09:26:07 AM
Too blurry (not sure if it was intentional?), I'd have given this image a couple extra points if it were in focus or had appropriate DOF (depth-of-field). The bright highlight on one of the coins is distracting to me. I like the concept and the layout though!
03/31/2004 04:12:59 AM
would've been more effective if it was in focus
03/31/2004 03:04:13 AM
The glare off one of the pennies is very distracting and the fact that the shot is out of focus hurts your score.
03/31/2004 01:44:20 AM
A macro should do what macro should do... you need a sharp area on any picture.
03/31/2004 01:04:20 AM
out of focus??
03/31/2004 12:49:02 AM
This would be much better if it were in focus
03/31/2004 12:23:56 AM
you have got to be kidding me.
