Meant to mention..."it`s a bit blurry..isn`t it" ????
Cracking up at that one. I don`t think that there`s enough wrong in the images for some people. They have to start inventing things to complain about, but complaining about blur in a motion blur challenge is taking it too far.

Thanks for the comments. The original had a shadow from another bird that spoilt it for me so I adjusted it using curves in psp7. It came out ok but I understand why some people dont like the shot. Both my wife and daughter told me not to alter and submit the original!
thanks again

I agree with John Setzler & Gordon, this image has a lot going for it.
Pity some can`t seem to see that over or underexposing can be used to effect.
Good work Mike. |

Nice, but I find myself really wanting to see more detail. Did you use a ND filter? I might have allowed you to get the long exposure, but not lose so much detail.... |

It's really blown out. I think some detail needs to be seen for interest. |

The slight shadow under the left bird works, for some reason :) Interesting. |

All the detail has been washed out, I would like to see this with some detail. |

I think the high key nature of this long exposure works rather well. The small amount of visible surface underneath the rear duck creates just enough base to understand the image... = 7 |
